Another Pokemon card vendor? Why now? What's the point?

We've been collectors for a long time. Stephen started collecting cards when Base Set first dropped, and Richard is a life long pokemon fan.

We enjoyed the fandom and the hobby for years, and it is something we've bonded over. This past year, we sadly have watched as the hobby has grown into something that doesn't resemble what we fell in love with.

Instead of complaining, we asked ourselves: "What are you going to do about it?"

The Cardchomp is our answer to that question, and we hope to continue to bring joy, fun, and excitement to everyone who loves Pokemon as much as we do.

Why are your prices so low? What's the catch?

No catch. Seriously.

We don't have distrubution, and everything that we offer for sale is product that we have sourced ourselves.

We usually add just a little bit on top of our cost, so that we can continue to offer product at a reasonable price to anyone who finds us.

If any catch exists, it's that we really love designing and making apparel, and that really is what funds our passion. So if you like our prices, and you want to support what we do.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Unfortunately, no. Not at this time.

Do you print custom t-shirts?

Yes! We do print custom t-shirt orders, please reach out to us with the "CONTACT" button at the top of the page, and send us all the details about what you would like us to custom print.

Our designs are also available in custom size orders. If you do not see your size available, please reach out to us. We have the ability to create anything from baby onesies all the way up to Adult Size 4X.

Return Policy

The Cardchomp – Return & Refund Policy

At The Cardchomp, we’re committed to providing the best experience possible. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below:

General Return Eligibility

Apparel and Accessories will be accepted for return or exchange in form of Store Credit within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in the same condition in which they were received.
  • To start a return, please contact us at thecardchomp@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Trading Card Singles

Because card condition and value are sensitive:

  • Returns on singles are accepted only if:
    The wrong item was sent, or
    the item arrives damaged due to shipping (please include photos).
  • Cards must remain unopened from any Cardchomp packaging (if applicable).
  • We do not accept returns based on buyer’s remorse or subjective condition disputes.

Sealed Products (Boxes, Packs, Decks, Etc.)

  • Seal Products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • If the item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Apparel & Merchandise

  • Items such as graphic tees, hats, and accessories may be returned if unused and in original packaging.
  • Customized or limited-edition items are final sale. This includes Holiday Drops and Limited Run items.

Final Sale Items

  • Sealed Product
  • Mystery products or grab bags
  • Limited Drops and Holiday Drops
  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are offered when inventory allows, on applicable products.
  • If an exchange cannot be fulfilled, a return will be issued instead in the form of store credit.

Refunds

  • In the event that a refund is required, due to lack of a replacement item or an error on our part, refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunded funds may take 3–7 business days to appear.
